Apparently Maddon said when Happ plays he’s gonna be hitting leadoff. I’d still set number of leadoff hitters used this year at 6.5 and take the over

I, personally, do not think 7 different players will hit leadoff for us.

Happ, Zobrist, Almora, Rizzo will get his token game or 2, Schwarber, LaStella, Baez/Russell and some AAA/FA guy are all options I see getting at least a game

That’s going to be hard when Happ hits 162 leadoff dongs.

While only seeing 162 leadoff pitches.

Joe will use 7 different lead off guys in the first week and a half in September after we clinch the division in August and the whole roster goes on a bender with Theo.

He bats the pitcher lead-off for a week to see if anybody will copy him. That actually sounds like a Dusty idea, get the pitcher out of the way early so they don't kill a rally down at the bottom of the lineup!

I always pictured Dusty calling a pitchout when there’s a full count. Or issuing a IBB with the bases loaded just so the batter doesn’t hit a grand slam.

I feel like I definitely remember this happening to Bonds.

Bonds and Coke McGhee... Second one was actually by Joe Maddon.

I refuse to believe that WP wasn't to bait the runner at 3rd.

I could totally see Joe pulling that horsefeathers.

Not that it's much (if any) of a difference, but why the horsefeathers did you link to the Skokie 10-day forecast instead of Chicago?
