Do you get a jar of complimentary mustache wax at check in?

Lol, some dude on my flight from ATL to Tampa has a sweet mustache waxed into curly points. I didn’t even know that was a thing.

It was more like a set of handle bars. I didn’t know people actually walked around looking like they stepped out 1896.

Anyone know what is being built there? I'm pretty sure I remember seeing a rendering of a rooftop patio bar / restaurant.

That’s either the hotel or apartment/retail/office building. One is the brick building on the 3B side there and that’s the other one you have circled in your picture above, I think.

Pretty cool now that most of the lower deck has new seats, you can actually see where the new seats end and the older dirtier ones begin

Yea wait. I just found it. This is the rendering for the red circled building.

The seats have actually been replaced for a while now (at least in lower deck...i can't remember if they did the upper deck seats or not)...the main thing you're seeing there is the old concrete juxtaposed against the new concrete.

that's kinda cool definitely thought it was old/new seats as well and wondered why they would just do them all.

1. THE PARK AT WRIGLEY FIELD

2. HOTEL ZACHARY

3. TWO-STORY WRIGLEY ANNEX

4. ADDISON & CLARK DEVELOPMENT

South of the ballpark, a team that includes M&R Development, RMK Management Corp. and Bucksbaum Retail Properties is erecting a massive complex that will include 148 apartments, 146,000 square feet of commercial space over three floors and 400 indoor parking spaces. The development, expected to open in summer 2018, could eventually house a grocery store, health club and other retailers, though no tenants have been announced.

yeah, the hotel is owned by the ricketts...the addison park on clark thing is a whole separate deal not tied to the cubs

The Residences, a joint project from M&R Development and Bucksbaum Retail Properties, is definitely on the higher end of Wrigleyville apartments and it’s expected that luxury will be made clear in price when leasing by RMK Management Corporation begins in June. The first tenants will be able to move in beginning in August, just in time to see the Cubs off into post season.

The 148 apartments designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz range from studio to two-bedroom floor plans. The sleek, concrete and hardwood units feature a customizable wall slat system. Near the entryway, it can be arranged to hold planters, hang coats, or even convenient bike storage.

The amenity space features an indoor clubhouse, a large-screen TV, a kitchenette and lots of seating clusters. The gym and yoga studio open out onto an outdoor deck with a pool, hot tub, a fire pit and grill stations. There’s a sauna, steam room and a dog run too.

On there’s retail which so far features a Shake Shack, a Harley-Davidson store, a 10-screen CMX Cinemas luxury movie theater, a Baseballism apparel store, and a Lucky Strike Social with bowling, a game room and live music.

The building will also hold 64 precious parking spaces for residents and then another public parking garage with 341 spaces.
