So I was just looking ahead at the playoff schedule, and Game 4 of the World Series is at the NL park on Halloween (and a Saturday).

 

If things are going the way we want to... holy crap will Wrigleyville be a complete [expletive] show (as if a World Series game could be any crazier). How many Marty McFly's would there be?

The Predictolator (or w/e it's called) guy was on with Mully and Hanley this morning. Said their model has the Cubs winning this series 60% of the time and that the Cubs won the WS the second most times in their simulations...I think he said that was before Toronto lost yesterday.

Looks like fangraphs updates their playoff probabilities, and they currently have the Cubs chances of beating the Cards at 53.2%, their NLCS chances at 25.1%, and World Series 13.2%.

 

I am incredibly excited and anxious. I think my heart needs a 5 run lead after the first and for Jake to cruise for the rest of the game.
