All Dempster jokes aside he probably was...maybe not about the team as much as living and playing in Chicago. Dempster loved being in Chicago and living in Wrigleyville...the dude used to walk or ride his bike to the games. I've passed by him multiple times pushing a stroller with his kid down Addison hours after a game and no one was bugging him at all. Pretty cool and unique environment for a baseball player.
