[expletive], that clubhouse is beyond terrible.

 

I don't know if there's a similar collection of pics of MLB clubhouses, but every NHL locker room is better. Literally, every one.

i wonder why so many teams choose to go with a trapezoidal shape for their clubhouse

According to hit tracker, his home run yesterday went 466 feet, 13th longest in the majors this year.

 

Related fact, Stanton has three longer than than and has a 4th that also went 466 feet.

This is exactly what I was going to say. Good God.

 

And it's so much better than it was pre-Ricketts lol

 

they had like 9" tube tvs everywhere and [expletive] and some moldy ass old carpet

Apparently this was state of the art in 1984. The old clubhouse in LF must have been something else.

 

I really think they should leave the visitor's clubhouse as-is, and remove the canvas that shields the catwalk from the concourse.

How was there room for Sammy's boombox?

 

That photo kind of puts the boom box incident in perspective. Imagine ANY music being played at full volume in such a small space. I'd probably go postal on the boom box too
