I guess the Bulls are close to signing Nate Robinson, guess they aren't expecting much from Teague

Teague is way more raw than Butler was and Butler didn't get much time. Not surprising.

Garpax has given us a lot more ball handlers it seems.

Deng has now shot 11-40 in his first 2 Olympic games. Yeah he totally doesn't need that wrist surgery.

Godless chucker, IMO

Isn't he pretty much the only real player on that team though?

Well yeah he's gonna be the primary shot taker I guess. Although in today's game he was 3rd on the team in FGA and points scored. 4-8 from the FT line too

I guess my point is that he's probably going to be the most heavily defended player. Though I share your concerns about his wrist.

Glad to see Deng has put GB's pathetic attempt at the Olympics ahead of the Chicago Bulls organization.

Yeah who wants the opportunity to represent their country in the stupid Olympics?

Great Britain is getting embarrased in these games, and Deng is going to miss signficant time because I don't see how he can't have the surgery at this point, so who's really won here?

I think the guy who gets to play for his country as they host the Olympic Games wins.

GB lost by 6 today to a pretty good Brazil team despite their best player shooting 3-13. I wouldn't call that embarassing. Their first game was though.

I like the Nate Robinson signing. He had a PER of 18 last year on a pretty wrteched team. He should be the starting PG until Rose gets back (but they will probably prefer the gritty, shitty Hinrich).

Certainly not you, what with the ass face and all.

Rumors have the Bulls closing in on T-Mac. We are going to have the best team(of 2002).

Who else on the Bulls was particularly good in 2002 besides T-Mac and Rip?

Hinrich was still in college

Boozer was still in college

Deng was in high school

Robinson was in high school

Noah was still in high school

Gibson was still in high school

Bellineli was overseas probably in the equivalent of high school

Butler was in grade school

Teague was in grade school

Also, JVG said the Bulls will be lucky to make the playoffs this year.

Radmanovic and Mohammed were both NBA scrubs/bench players

Luol Deng strongly implying he will either forgo surgery on the torn ligament in his left wrist altogether or postpone it until after the 2012-13 season.

Stupid. Just do it now. This season is shot to hell anyway.

While the Los Angeles Lakers are on the verge of landing Dwight Howard, the Chicago Bulls were one of several teams that kept an ongoing dialogue with the Orlando Magic in regards to landing the superstar center, according to a league source.

http://espn.go.com/blog/chicago/bulls/post/_/id/9685/source-bulls-were-in-howard-talks-till-end

The dialogue was kind of like this...

Bulls: Hey Dwight want to play with DRose and sign a contract with us?

Howard: No, not now, not ever. It's too cold there in the winter.

Bulls: So you're saying there's a chance? I mean you are constantly changing your mind.

Howard: Stop calling me.

Repeat every few weeks.
