Gotta think that the RF screen will be up much sooner than the ASB now that they got the lawsuit worries (however slim they may have been) out of the way.

The Budweiser sign is going above the video board when it's done, correct?

Correct

And the video panel that is on the back of the LF bleachers right now will actually go in front of that concrete section, like the board we've had for a few years in RF. those are just both in temporary spots now.

I know we're all against exploding scoreboards and "Respect Wrigley," but if they had an awesome graphic that made it look like the video board is really exploding if a Cubs player hits a HR that would be really cool. Especially if they just do it the first time and half the people think Soler really just broke the video board.

I'm against exploding scoreboards because they're dumb, not because it violates some old-man edict.

I have no idea what an "exploding scoreboard" means besides a scoreboard actually exploding, ideally because a Cub-dong hit by the hand of God slammed dead center into it, so how could this possibly be seen as a bad thing.

according to the wrigley renovations twitter (which has been spotty on accuracy of information from time to time, fwiw), the panels should be going on the RF board soon. sure looks that way.

guess when they said all star break they didn't want to sound too presumptuous before a decision had been made in court?

Panels for the Right Field video board should be going on in the coming days #WrigleyRenovations #WrigleyField

I think that's definitely the case.

Maybe I was just young and naive when I was a kid, but I liked him in the booth when he was with the Cubs. Now that I am older, I dislike him and his father very much. He just seems bitter and angry at a team which gave him a great opportunity. (Maybe I just don't know the whole story as to why he left the Cubs)

Is Cincinnati the worst major league city to visit?

Having spent lots of time there over the last decade due to in laws, yes. Like jersey said, its pretty much not a city.

Milwaukee has to be in the running there.

The people are the difference. Wisconsinites share more similarities to Chicagoans on the surface, they are more relatable even though we are born to hate them. People from Cincinnati are a weird mutant combination of the north, the south and appalachia.

Beertown may be shocked to hear this, but I'm not sure it's worse than Cincy. I would think Cincy, Milwaukee, Cleveland, and Oakland have to be the only ones in the running right? I know a lot of people hate Houston, but it's not close for me.
