Redskins and Cowboys planning to sue anyone and everyone involved with their cap reduction.

http://www.fannation.com/truth_and_rumors/view/325751-report-cowboys-redskins-may-go-nuclear-on-nfl

Seems to me like they have some sort of an argument that works in their favor. First and foremost that the NFL signs off on basically every transaction and secondly, the timing of the sanctions by the NFL couldn't have come at a worse time.

Don't really know what winning a battle with the NFL will do for them now or in the future, but it's probably worth finding out.

No news on Wimbley's intentions yet?
Posted
Wimbley hasn't been talked about yet. Maybe he took the weekend to figure out who he wants to visit. As for Flynn, I guess the Dolphins are going to go with Moore. Or reach like hell for Cousins or Tweeden. I honestly think Tannehill is off the board at 4 now.

That's what Wimbley did.

flynn to the seahawks.

hey, the seahawks did well with favre's former backup, why not try rodgers's backup?

3 years/ 24 million with 10 mil guaranteed. Not bad for a guy with 2 career starts.

I wish him all the best. It's a shame as I like him and think he'll be good, but he'd be blocked by Rodgers. I'll be rooting for him.

Yeah, shame cause he has all the talent to be an NFL starting QB. But we got Rodgers, potentially the greatest QB in NFL history, so that makes saying goodbye to him quite easy.

I wouldn't crown him "Greatest of All Time" yet. That's jumping the gun, IMO, but yeah, I think Flynn will be fine. It was nice having him as an insurance policy in case Rodgers got hurt, though.

If he does well, it will be mostly him. In Green Bay he had the advantage of being with an organization that knows how to develop and coach QBs. I don't think Seattle can make that claim.

Peyton chose the Broncos.

This might be the best thing that ever happened to Tebow's career. If he can sit behind Manning for a couple years he might actually learn how to be an NFL QB.

I can't imagine Tebow would stick around to be backup for 5 years

I don't know who's desperate enough to give up anything of value for him. Maybe Jacksonville?

Amusingly, Miami may well be.

Tampa, Jacksonville and Miami should all stupidly bid against each other.

Miami has lost out on every guy they've sought at QB this offseason, so I predict they WAY overpay to get Tebow.
