That would be a terrific career move for Tebow. If anyone can turn him into a QB it's the Packers.

I strangely feel very excited about this. He would be a great backup QB, and can learn under the capable tutelage of Tom Clements while Rodgers tears up the NFC North. As a bonus, Packers can also use him as a receiver/tight end in some trick formations. He would bring a lot to the table. Hopefully the Broncos allow Tebow to have some say in where he goes, as Tebow has earned that right. He would be a fool if he didn't give the Packers a good, hard look.

 

My only worry is that his game is so much different than Aaron Rodgers. I usually like backups to have similar skill sets as the starter, so the offense doesn't have to reinvent itself if the starter gets hurt.

But if you are just getting a much worse version of the starter, what's the point? I think a backup with that type of skillset is nearly ideal, unless your backup is a prospective future starter just getting his feet wet.

 

I think Washington should get Tebow and utilize him with RGIII in some crazy ass scenarios.

I just love the idea of recruiting Manning, then extending Sanchez to apologize for the flirtation and make clear Sanchez is their QB, then trading for Tebow and basically handing the fans somebody to latch onto because they've had nobody to prefer over Sanchez yet.
