Arizona takes Bauer at 3 and can't spend at 7, Cleveland can't spend huge at 8. That makes Baltimore, KC, Washington as the stretch that keeps us from Rendon. KC likes Moustakas too much and takes Lindor, and Starling and Bundy are too much for the Capitol area teams to pass up.
