You mean a top draft pick should be able to tackle Adam Weber in the open field?

 

And with that fumble we are going to lose to Minnesota. What a train wreck.

To be fair, the offense really isn't helping them out either.

 

the offense hasn't allowed 500 yards in 3 quarters of play.

 

I was talking about the 6 turnovers.

Is ND-USC on TV anywhere tonight? I'm unfortunately in Big 12 country so I think I'm getting OU-OSU instead on ABC.

hawai'i had a RB go for 327 yards and 3 TDs on just 19 carries today.

 

kansas state and north texas each have a RB over 250 yards... somehow k-state has managed to give up 41 points to a bad north texas team.

Where you been? I guess not watching Arkansas. :lol: Today will put him at about 900 yards over his last 6 games.

No, I've been paying attention and have taken note of him of late. But he seems to have come out of nowhere the past 1.5 months.

No, I've been paying attention and have taken note of him of late. But he seems to have come out of nowhere the past 1.5 months.

 

Well, they've been trying to figure out who was going to be The Man since last season. They were giving Broderick Green, Ronnie Wingo, Dennis Johnson before he got hurt, and Davis about equal snaps, and none really distinguished himself. Davis started picking up around game 5 against A&M and really exploded a couple of weeks later against Ole Miss.

In basketball or football Iowa never is good when they are picked to be.

so i take it they were predicted to be undefeated last year in football?

 

Last year they were picked to be solid as far as I know but not as good as they were. This year they had some people putting them in the National Championship game. It seems when people start mentioning Iowa in that type of talk they not only fall short but they are either mediocre or terrible.

Indiana comes from behind and beats Purdue 34-31 in OT to win the Old Oaken Bucket and snap a 12-game Big 10 losing streak. IU won the coin flip for OT and elected to start on defense, then intercepted a pass to set up the game-winning field goal drive.

 

Bill Lynch still needs to be fired.

 

It's been a great couple weeks as a Hoosier fan. Big win today. I don't see it as respite for Lynch though.

Tennessee looks like an almost certainty to play North Carolina in the Music City Bowl at this point. I guess we'll get to see that game after all.

 

And Tennessee true freshman QB Tyler Bray is arguably the best freshman QB in school history, ahead of some guy named Manning. dew, this team wins 10+ in 2012. 8+ in 2011.
