OH COME THE [expletive] ON THAT'S A [expletive] GOAL.
Posted

Oh. My. Fing. G. I just saw the replay, and there is no words for how hard we just got screwed.

English announcers, neutrals, are absolutely incredulous about the ref for the entire game, and especially that goal.

That was a goal or a penalty kick to the U.S.

Gomez completely raped and no call.

And Bradley, who might have been fairly close to being offsides, which he wasn't - was held and fouled.

Completely [expletive]d!

It just wouldn't be the World Cup without us getting bent over by the officials.

Just because our country could occupy yours in a matter of hours doesn't mean you have to screw us over in soccer. geez.

Was that a bad enough call on that goal that it's going to be a big story after the game??

On a potential go-ahead goal? You'd have to think so, right?

It'll be a story, but referees screwing teams is just one of the fun parts of the game and happens pretty regularly.

Definitely. No foul, no offsides. If anything, Bradley was held and it should have been a PK, but it was a definite goal.

I've never gotten liking the "human element" as far as refereeing goes. In any sport.
