42. Michigan

43. Michigan State

44. Colorado (OUT)

45. Penn State (last non-playin team)

46. St. Mary's (OUT)

47. Clemson

48. Virginia Tech (OUT)

49. USC (last team in)

-----------

50. Alabama

51. Georgia (IN)

52. Boston College

54. Harvard

55. Missouri

56. VCU (IN)

Have no [expletive] clue how UAB and VCU got in.

Simple lesson. Don't take Lunardi's word as the final word.

Belmont and Wofford look like good upset picks to me. I came in thinking Oakland, too, but I doubt they beat Texas (unless Texas completely no-shows). Maybe Morehead over Louisville.

I don't understand Florida as a No. 2. I don't really understand VCU and I'm shocked a team can beat no one at all and receive an at-large (UAB -- though I'll admit bias here).

Won't be hard for Rick Barnes to screw it up.

not looking forward to that second round game. I know illini fans are down on their team, but they've played plenty of good teams. They won't be intimidated. Neither will UNLV.

I like Belmont and Utah State. I'd strongly consider Oakland over Texas too.

I never would. I prefer Bracket Matrix as it consists of all bracket. But as the most well known Bracketologist out there (and one of the better), it's interesting to see how his final bracket turned out.

All a team has to do to beat Illinois is still be in the game at the 7 minute mark. Trailing by 10-12, preferably, so they completely shut down their offense.

I still can't believe Michigan got an 8 seed. I think the team 2 years ago was better than this one and that one got a 10 seed.

I think Illinois was better last year and they were comfortably in this season, while they were NIT-bound last year.

Most overseeded team (by far): Florida. There are 2 teams in their region alone that should've been seeded higher. Heck, I'd almost understand the seeding had they won the SEC tournament, but they got blown the hell out. And the SEC was horridly weak this year.

Last week I would have been a lot more worried about Oakland, but Texas played pretty great up until the Kansas game. I think they have found what they lost 3 weeks ago.

VCU has a lower Pomeroy ranking than every Big Ten team

11 losses in the CAA. 1-1 against the KenPom top 50(George Mason twice). These are Mizzou's seed-mates. My only saving grace is that I'd rather play Cincy than half the teams with worse seeds than them. Really need some more Bucknell magic though, I can't take Kemba Walker ruining another tournament for me.

There's three Big 10 teams better than Florida.

Notre Dame could have been a 1, but like I said, they missed their chance. I can't complain too much about the draw. A&M is a tough 2nd round game, but I'm not particularly scared of Purdue or G-Town.

And to soccer regarding ND's placing in Kansas's bracket, that was probably for travel purposes. I'm sure ND was the top 2, but they weren't going to ship them cross-country just to accommodate that.

I'm probably biased but I feel like the Southwest is the toughest bracket. Pitt's feels like it's easiest.

It's crazy, although their SoS and RPI is really, really good.

of the 4 Big Ten bubble teams I think Michigan got the hardest draw despite being the highest seed. Michigan State has to love their draw with good but beatable UCLA (sorry Raisin) then overrated Florida. Penn State got a good draw with Temple and then SDSU. Illinois and Michigan both have tougher draws, but I like Illinois over UNLV more than Michigan over Tennessee, who I thought going into this was better than how they've played at times. That said, I'd probably rather play Duke in the 2nd round than Kansas, but neither is desirable. Edited by UMFan83

Then again, there are 11 Big Ten teams better than VCU, so maybe they're the most overseeded. Saint Mary's got screwed, because if anything, you can't compare those two profiles in any way and call VCU's better.

Virginia Tech really is cursed. When they won that game on the overturned last second shot I thought that would put them in for sure.
