where is xzero? texas has my little brother playing quarterback right and are within a score

I'm here. I was wrong, but I still can't bring myself to care. I hate both these teams too much to prefer one over the other. It's a no-win situation.

You figured the kid would either throw a pick or fumble the ball to lose.

You can't blame that on him at all.

Not really. A more seasoned QB prob would have recognized the blitz though.

enjoy your sham title, you [expletive] goons

Man, those are some sour [expletive] grapes.

well, it is a sham title... eeking out a victory as a heavy favorite and the underdog loses (by far) their most important player almost at kickoff...

i didn't even care about the game. i kind of wanted alabame to lose becausew i dislike saban, but i dont really care.

i just dont like seeing undeserving teams win a championship. i know theyre 14-0 so i'm not saying they didnt deserve to be here, but they should have blown texas out when mccoy went down. it was kind of embarrassing to let texas make a game out of this.

i believe that they won because mccoy went down, and that's too bad.

How is that Alabama's fault? They knocked him out of the game. This perception of big games always confuses me.

It was fortuitous, for sure. But a "sham"? Not so much.

so you're saying that the injury didn't create an unexpected advantage for alabama? or are you saying that they earned the advantage because they caused him to get hurt?

either way, it's wrong. they got lucky with the injury and won because of it, plain and simple. if they were up by like 4-5 TDs right now, i wouldnt be saying anything because that would mean they probably would have won anyways. but 10 points? the lucky break probably won them the game.

Sham title? seriously?

Players get injured all the time. yes, it was their most important player. But the fact remains that bama didn't lose all year long.

It's not their fault they knocked McCoy out of the game. It's the fact that they should have rolled easily after knocking him out. Texas had the ball down only 3 with 3 minutes left. I'm a Purdue and Big Ten fan, so I really could care less... just saying...

that has nothing to do with anything we're talking about, but okay.

i'm not discrediting alabama because mccoy got hurt. i'm discrediting them because mccoy missed pretty much the entire game and they almost lost.
