I think God just pushed the Square button on his PS3 controller.

Square is dive. Circle is spin. :-))

At least on PS2. Anyway, that was pretty amusing.

That was complete BS. No way Moss ran 33.5 yards in 3.3 seconds while stumbling towards the end. That translates to an under 4.0 40-yard dash I think. Yeah no.

I really want to see a change to 15 yard penalties to make them be more than half the distance to the goal.

I've never understood why anything is half the distance to the goal. If you commit a penalty and the yardage is more than is left then the ball should be put at the 1 (unless already closer than the 1).

Brady is 25-2 when throwing for 300+ yards. That has to be a huge outlier compared with QBs in general, even QBs who played on mostly good teams

How about if you commit a penalty and you don't have enough yards to back up that far, it's a safety.

That would result in a huge change in the game. Would need a lot of thought to have an opinion on that.

Changing 15 yarders to 2/3 of the distance to the goal would be easy to see the implications

I'm convinced that Bellicheck (however you spell that) could take over the browns for a couple of months and they'd beat the crap out of the 2009 bears

I was being a bit facetious. They have already done something similar with holding penalties and grounding in the end zone being a safety. That would be the next step.

Don't agree with that decision by the Colts. With the way the Patriots have moved up and down the field, I think you have to onside kick there.

Pats would almost immediately be in FG distance if they did recover the onside, though.

It's a very tough call there

Looks like it worked out for the Colts as they get a three-and-out and still have a timeout left.

Wow. Can't believe they went for that.

Great spot for the Colts and they're going to get the ball at the NE 30.

I don't think NE can challenge because they have no timeouts left.

Al Michaels is quickly going senile. Bellichick can't challenge because the Pats are out of timeouts and the play occurred before the two minute warning.

Colts have to be very careful to take their time on this drive. You don't want to give that offense enough time to march down the field to kick a game-winner.
