Weird, I thought Tony Romo waited till December to start sucking. At this point I'd take any other QB in the NFC east over him(Cobb too).

What did Romo have to do with any of those again?

Kyle Orton, 4-0

HE JUST WINS

I don't know how people can criticize a QB who has 5 TD's, no picks and has led his team to a 4-0 record.

Orton sucks. The pixie dust will come off soon enough.

The Raiders are reportedly bracing themselves for the possibility that head coach Tom Cable could soon be arrested for his training camp fight with former assistant Randy Hanson.

The NFL could also suspend Cable for violating the Personal Conduct Policy if he is charged with assault. "Everybody is trying to figure out who’s going to take over if Tom isn’t here," said one unnamed assistant. "(Defensive coordinator) John Marshall has a lot of experience, he’s probably the guy. But it’s nuts." Perhaps the situation is affecting the Raiders' offensive focus. The unit generated just eight first downs on Sunday.

Because there have been implications from certain people that Kyle Orton being 4-0 somehow makes him better than a 3-1 Jay Cutler. You know, people who actually think QB wins is a good stat to judge a quarterback.-

The Chargers are no real threat without Jamal Williams for the rest of the year. It's a bigger loss than Merriman was last year (who has been totally invisible this season).

Denver might win the AFC West.

I don't think he's very good, he's average at best. But it amuses me how much Bears fans have turned against him and hope he fails just to make the Cutler trade look that much better from their point of view. Don't forget this was a guy that many loved for his neckbeard and other interesting activities as well.

There's no doubt that Cutler would have the Broncos at 4-0 too, but it amazes me why people continue to compare the two. It was a good trade for both teams as the Bears got their franchise QB and the Broncos got a couple of high draft picks the next few years. They're two extremely different QB's, so I don't really get the comparisons.

No it wasn't. The Broncos gave up franchise QB. That's no "win" in that situation unless they get a franchise QB in return. If the Bronco's had Cutler this year combined with their vastly improved defense, I think they might be favorites in the AFC.

Any Bears fan that didn't realize they were winning in spite of Kyle Orton as far back as 2005 is an idiot. I'm not worried about him performing well and making the trade look bad--at all. Even if that did happen it would just reinforce the fact that we need to bring in a real offensive brain trust to work with QBs and call plays.
