Somebody should ask Fox if he can take some grounders at 2nd.....

Or just play Sori there and let Fox play left.

Well, the question is, how good is Fox's arm? Is it strong enough to throw out a runner heading towards home plate?

Dear Lord, people...THE #8 HITTER CAN BE BAD.

Soto will hit 7th when he comes back. A Fontenot/Baker platoon at #8 is fine. The Cubs don't need to be creating serious defensive liabilities in two positions to replace the #8 hitters.

the question is also how many runs you give up by losing two average defensive players and replacing them with terrible defensive players (soriano at 2b, fox in lf each qualify as terrible)

GOOD LORD it won't kill us to try that for a couple of games until Geo gets back.

Brewers and Stros down too, could be a hell of a day for us.

Would be cool to see Colorado lose too so we could be 1 GB the Wild Card too.

I hope if good things happen and the Cardinals lose and the Cubs win, after the final out Len does something like he did in 07, "and the Cubs Win....the FIRST PLACE Cubs win"
