When you walk 9 times in a game to go along 12 hits your going to have a lot of runners left on. Sure, they didn't get the job done sometimes, but they still got 7 runs out of it. Why such negativity when we're up by three?

Granted we have left a lot on base tonight. But we you get a lot of hits and score a lot of funs (and for the record 7 is a lot of runs) you leave a lot on base. I really think LOB is a REALLY OVERRATED stat unless you leave a lot on and only score 0-4 runs.

 

I'd think 27 LOB base is a sign that you are doing everything right and are just getting bad luck.
