I'm curious as to what Soto would net us in a trade. Discuss.

You could get the best player at every position except catcher and it'd still be a bad trade.

You could probably get a package of Jesus, Superman, and Babe Ruth in his prime and it would be a bad trade.

The negativity around here really is ridiculous, and this is coming from a pessimist.

Every teams goes through their ups and downs. The Cubs will be fine.

They get at least 1 this inning.

It's hard to be upbeat about a team when they've won 3 times in the last 2 weeks.

That, and its depressing to see how good they were for the past month, and now....not so much. Definitely worrysome.

Yup. It sucks when I got my hopes up and seriously considered this team could be a special team.

Aren't you the same cat who called Soto, "mentally weak" last week?

I said he is showing signs of being mentally weak yes. It's really hard to strike out 8 times in a row.

Seriously why was this question even asked?

Im sick of these LSU midgets.

The Cardinals think they should be batting 1 and 2 for us.

Because on the cardinals they'd be batting .380 and driving in runs right and left.

I don't care if he's being somewhat consistent with it, pitches over the right side batters box chalk are not strikes Edited by Careless

They have the fifth best record in all of baseball....that's not bad in my book.

I'd love to see the kind of numbers they'd put up in STL uniforms. Below or above .850 OPS?

Brennaman is now blasting the phrase "have a catch".

It must suck to hate everything as much as he does.
