I'm happy to go to a good situation, with a winning team and a great QB, and hopefully we can get back to the Superbowl and bring the Lombardi home for the city of Philadelphia. I should be able to step right in there and help the kicking game, and hopefully compete for the starting WR spot.

time to build the hype....I guess

reminds me abit of Robert Smith from the vikings

Check out the run he makes at 1:15 into the video. He shows some acceleration that's reminiscent of Hester. Should be dangerous in the open field.

That's exactly who he reminds me of too. Maybe a little slower, but similar running style and slightly tougher.

I dont remember how fast Smith was, but Forte ran a 4.46 at the combine..and the way he snakes through holes and uses his vision is a mirror of Smith

Wasn't Smith a world-class sprinter?

Devin Thomas, Malcolm Kelly, and Fred Davis for the Redskins.

And Randle El, Santana Moss, and Chris Cooley.

Solid group of weapons there. I don't understand the Davis pick, though, because with the talent they have at WR now, the only way Davis sees the field is the rare 2 TE sets they will run.

I think the Cowboys will go Sweed or Kelly if either last that long. Doucet could be an option as well as Caldwell. Calais Campbell might be an option too.

I can't believe the fall of the WR's. I was going to ask you what was going on with Doucet, I know he was hurt during the season but could be a huge sleeper as could Sweed be. I think every mock I read had Sweed going to Tenn at #24.

Yeah he was, that's why I said Forte was a little slower. That kinda sounds like I'm being an a-hole, but I'm not trying to be.

Anyone think Mario Manningham might be a nice 2nd day pick for the Bears? I realize his combine wasn't great, and the marijuana thing didn't help him, but he might be the most explosive 2nd day receiver.

I'd like Manningham or Doucet.

They said the same thing about David Terrell too.

It's not out of the question the Colts take him. He'd be a very good fit for their system.

something else from the Bears board, but it is claimed that Forte had ZERO fumbles in 4 years @ Tulane, thats pretty amazing

knock on wood
