Agreed. I'd like it to be quick. Painless isn't an option, so just get it over with so I have the rest of the day to find crap to amuse myself and forget about how much you blow.

My last game with the MLB free preview before I have to start following Gameday and watching just WGN games again. Don't disappoint me Cubs.

Well, hell. This is my first Pat and Ron game this year. I'd forgotten about the whole national MLB.TV blackout shtick. Oh, well.

From the looks of my MLB.tv multimedia guide, the 4:00 games are the only ones blacked out today. But consider the source.

2 games out for the division and the WC.

Last year we were 2-2 after 4 games.

Win you soap-dropping losers... Maybe pretend to be any organization other than the Cubs, then start winning

I was hoping to watch this on MLB.tv.... I paid $120 for premium (since I love using Mosaic on my Mac)....

Just realized it's not on Extra Innings unless I'm missing it. Oh well, get to test out the new Gameday.

I'm looking at mine and not seeing any Blackout designation for any of the games . . . what are you seeing?

Any why is this blacked out anyway? I assumed it was for Fox's exclusive baseball timeslot on Saturday afternoons . . . but they haven't even started showing games yet . . . and don't for awhile still(?)

edit: and there's no mention on the cubs.com homepage of seeing the game on MLB.tv like there usually is, and they do have a link to listening to the gameday audio. So, not encouraging.

Maybe this losing ways will finally give Lou the idea to send out the RIGHT lineup...

Soriano

Fukudome

Lee

Ramirez

DeRosa

Soto

Pie

Cedeno

Swap DeRo and Soto and I'm sold. That or DeRo and Fuku.

Today's lineup:

Soriano

Johnson

Lee

Ramirez

Fukudome

DeRosa

Soto

Theriot

Marquis

Pie gets the day off today. My guess is that it will be Soto's turn to get the day off tomorrow (Lou said it would be either tomorrow or Monday).

So.

Cedeno has done well off of Oswalt before, yeah small sample size.

and.

The Cubs cried all offseason about how poor Theriot just wore down at the end of the year.

Hmm, might be a good day to give the little slap hitter the day off.

Theriot batting 8th? FTH? Now what are we supposed to complain about with the lineup? Soto batting 7th maybe, but that's weak.

MLBtv changed their mind or something. As of last night all the squares for the early games were 'blackout' squares.

Good lineup today. Let's hope Riot 8th is an idea that lasts beyond Reed's starts.
