In other news, rookie Eric Patterson was sent to Double-A Tennessee after arriving late to the ballpark on Tuesday, a violation the Cubs did not want to let go because he'd done the same thing at Triple-A Iowa. Outfielder Sam Fuld was called up from Tennessee to take his place. Pitchers Carmen Pignatiello and Kevin Hart were also promoted from Iowa.

I just figured it was because he didnt want to listen to the coaches so he just stayed away from the ballpark for as long as possible. Totally uncoachable man.....
