After pulling out another win late, this time in the tenth inning, the Cubs have now won five of their last six games. They'll face Matt Cain who has been getting very little run support this year (though not quite Rich Hill bad). Zambrano has made two poor starts in a row so hopefully he can right the ship with a good outing today.

 

I will be in attendance again along with CubmanPi and will try to post some pictures once I get back from the game.

 

The game will be on FSN for those of you in Northern California.

He unfortunately probably will. If it makes you feel any better, Ramirez got the day off the last time Cain started against the Cubs and they still beat him up. Lee was also gone because of the suspension. Floyd, Jones, DeRosa, and Koyie Hill were the 4 big offensive bats that day.

I have a feeling after being held to 11 hits the first 2 games, the Cubs bats will wake out and we will be sweeping our way out of SF. The Giants had great opportunities to take the first 2 games, but this is a game that the Cubs will show who is in first and who is in last.
