I'll be in the field to get drilled by one of those 1 seeds rather soon, especially if ZZ gets taken out of the tourney.

 

I would suggest one modification to the tourney-have a series of play-in games for the last 5-6 people, and then select a few wildcards to go against them who may not have enough posts to qualify but have made a big impact on the board.

 

Maybe I'm just trying to complicate it unnecessarily though.
