Because they want to appease their fan base and could use another offensive weapon for (Charlie Frye?), the Cleveland Browns select local product Anthony Gonzalez WR from THE Ohio State University.

I took him in the beginning of the 2nd round.

 

The first re-do of the Draft :lol:

 

2nd actually, Vance tried to take a CB that had already been selected (McCauley it was, I believe).

 

Yeah...but I caught my mistake about five minutes after making it.

 

You did start the board draft...you should have said tough, and kept the pick for yourself... :lol:

Man, I didn't realize how screwed the Redskins are, they only have 1 pick in the first three rounds. That sucks.

 

They really are clueless when it comes to building an organization. 2nd, 3rd, 4th round picks have become so valuable, especially if you have good player personall guys that can get good play out of these guys for low salary.

I would call Stanton a steal at this point. ESPN has him as the #3 QB in the draft and #49 overall. I'm high on Stanton (partly because I want the Raiders to draft him) but he is away from John L. Smith now.

Sorry about that... The Cleveland Browns will try again on selecting a defensive tackle, selecting Marcus Thomas of the University of Florida.

 

Hopefully he works out better than Gerard Warren...

Jermaine Phillips and Will Allen both had flat out awful seasons last year. The Bucs need another safety, if not 2.
