I'd put Mike Piazza at catcher and Albert Pujols at first.

We did do an all-letters team some time ago, I'd have to dig up the thread to find it though.

Yea, I did the all R team which was unmatched hitting wise. I don't have search function though.

I think Aubrey Huff is a cool name

Didn't the Brewers have a pitcher named "Bierbrot" or something?

Nick Bierbrodt. The quote my friend heard on the radio was that "a guy named Bierbrodt should be on my grill and not in the major leagues".

Dick Pole for pitching coach and Razor Shines for Bench Coach

Enos "country" Slaughter for OF

Slim Pickens for comic relief

Satchel Page for pitcher

Thurman Munson for catcher

Razor Shines is a cool name and seeing Rusty Kuntz reminds of I guy I hated to see play the Cubs, but I thought had a cool name and that's Rusty Staub. He always wore two black batting gloves. (very cool)

And we can't leave out Spike Owen.

Edit: Sorry CubinNY, you already had Razor, guess I should have read more closely.

Um, I don't mean to be a jerk, but you all have neglected to mentioned the coolest name ever, which of course belonged to the greatest CFer of all time, COOL PAPA BELL

The fastest player to ever play. Apparently, he could hit the light switch and be in bed before it was dark. Satchel Paige once said, ""If Cool Papa had known about colleges or if colleges had known about Cool Papa, Jesse Owens would have looked like he was walking."

Book it.
