They hold it as a feather in their cap that they were the ones who beat us in '85, even though they suffered a most embarrassing loss in the playoffs that really signaled the last best chance for Marino to get to a Super Bowl (though nobody would have guessed it at the time).

You forgot the captain of this cavalcade, Nick Bouniconti. Czonka and Nick Buoniconti are the true purveyors of this over-hyped, self absorbed, champaign toasting, broken knees joke squad. IF the Bears or anyone to that matter go 19-0 i will be glad the earth will never have to hear from their overplayed stories again.

But it isn't the worst Dolphins team since before '85. The front 7 is very good and the WRs and RBs are pretty talented as well. The secondary and O-line are pretty horrible and the QB play has been inconsistent. There were, however, some much worse teams in the Wandstedt era.

His son is my age and goes to Northwestern. He was dropping his son off at around 5:30 in a black escalade right in front of my dorm, so I went up and told him how awesome the Bears were, etc etc
