We're just under 3 hours from kickoff now. I cannot wait!

Ugggggggggggh no classes since 2, this is a really long wait. I think I'm gonna go out for a long dinner or something.

I think this game is a lot tougher than people think. I think Leinart is going to be a decent QB. Boldin scares me with his big play ability. I wouldn't be surprised if the Cards are the first team to get in the endzone offensively against the Bears before they are already down 30 points. I wouldn't be surprised if they got into the endzone twice. The Cards have played pretty tough in all but the Atlanta game. And I always worry about the home team coming out with a lot of momentum in a game like this. Monday Night, Primetime, maybe the only game the Cards have on national TV all year, nothing to lose against the best team in the league so far.

 

But in the end, the Bears will win. Cards will be one-dimensional. They can't run at all. And won't against the Bears.

 

My pessimistic prediction. Bears 20, Cards 14, with the Cards scoring a late TD making it closer.

Yeah, I'm sure he'll remember this game for a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if he throws 2 picks and gets sacked 8 times, but I think he can make positive things happen.

I think Leinert will definitely have a formidable outing, and his team won't be completely out of the game by halftime like 4 of the first 5 Bears opponents have been, but I don't think we'll have a nail-biter on our hands by any means. I think the prediction of a late touchdown making the game appear to have been closer than it really was is a good prediction.

I'm not doing too well trying to pass time until then either, but this Superfans clip helped a little. The references to Superbowl XXVI and the loss to the Giants are slightly out-dated, but it never gets old. I miss Chris Farley.

I'd look on eBay first. FinishLine.com seems to have them for $60. Prices seem to have really shot up at local places. You could have found some for $55, but now they seem to start at $75, which seems too high.

 

It's not going to help you, but I saw Reebok replica throwback Butkus jerseys (numbers not stiched) for only $55 at the Sears in Niles a couple of weeks ago.

Ian Scott out again? Ive been reading that he wasnt happy about being inactive last week, so what is the cause for this week? Glad to see Tank and Anderson in there though. I love this teams depth.
