Peter King is still on the "Who's the QB?" "Who's the RB?" kick with the Bears, even though the rest of us know the answer to both questions...

Chicago (0-0) at Green Bay (0-0)

Not sure who finishes the game playing quarterback or who's running the ball for the Bears. All I know is Brett Favre is going to get terrorized by Tommy Harris, Brian Urlacher and Lance Briggs.

Chicago 19, Green Bay 10

From the Sports Editor of the Onion on tips on who to pick in the Shattered Expectations league:

PS: Check out Peter King in Sports Illustrated for tips on the best players for your team. It's uncanny how often the opposite of his opinion turns out to be spot-on!

If I was a betting man (and I'm not), I would probably put down a good deal of money with some of you who think this game will be a blowout.

As a Bear fan of over 30 years, I can very nearly guarantee this game will not be a blowout.

Definitely less than 10 points. Likely within a touchdown. Possibly, if the Bears are too overconfident, even a Bears loss.

It's still Lambeau, it's still Brett Favre, and it's still a Bears ballclub that hasn't put together back-to-back winning seasons in forever.

Fired up for a new season, one of the best defenses in the entire NFL going against a horrible offensive line and a quarterback who needs time to find open receivers against a division rival could spell excellent field position for the offense.

I think this game will be +10 Bears.

The guy that writes this article is a moron. He just implied that the Bears should go out and trade for Brett Favre.

This Sunday, Lovie Smith should take a long look at Favre and decide what he's willing to offer the Packers in exchange for the NFL legend right now.

That would never happen. Could you imagine the pandemonium if Favre got traded to the Bears and they win a super bowl? The Packers fans would go nuts.

I read that and I nearly laughed out loud at work, which would have blown my "I'm not surfing" cover.

Well a lot of "experts" are predicting the Packers over the Bears as their upset special. Then that fat moron Mark Schlereth bashed the Bears for at least 30 seconds. Seems like everyone is doubting. I hope Grossman starts the game off with a 50 yard touchdown pass to shove it down their throats. I know ESPN "analysts" shouldn't be trusted, but it's annoying that everyone is piling on the overrated wagon right now. Rant over, Daaaa Bears!

He also thinks Lovie makes personnel decisions. Didn't know he was GM too.

I realize that the talent around him is different, but Charlie flipping Batch just went out and threw for 3 TDs against the Dolphins, who should prove to be much better on D than the Packers...Batch wasn't good enough for the Lions to keep around at QB...Crticize Rex all you want to, but he is better than Charlie Batch

Actually, Schlereth is like...really small now. Its weird. Steroids?

I really really hope the Bears win this. Can the Bears' start a ten year run of dominance over the Packers already? Christ. I'd also like to see them smash Favruh in the face a couple more times before he bows out.

GAMEDAY!!!

Get your picks in.

Bears 24

Packers 13

Favre sacked 3 times, picked once.

Rex Grossman 16-29, 220 yards, 1TD/0 INT

TJ - 90 rushing yards, 2 TD's...25 yards for Benson

BEAR DOWN!

24-13 is a decent score. Grossman will throw a pick. Hopefully, he can combat that by completing 60% of his passes and throwing for a score or two.

My players to watch out for today on offense are: Desmond Clark and Adrian Peterson. Clark has looked a lot better this preseason, and I think he will be a big threat inside the 20 for a score. Peterson is the healthiest of the backs, and I think it is possible for him to get an extended look at some point in this game.

On defense, I think Wale Ogunleye is one to watch out for. He looked pretty solid this preseason also.
