Gametime temp of 60 degrees with a 10 mph wind blowing out to right. Lots of sunshine.

Go Angel!

This will be our first time facing Olsen, who rooted for the Cubs when he attended Crystal Lake South High School in the suburbs. Here's hoping for the "returning home" jitters.

Here's hoping he gets rocked and the Cubs sweep.

Holy Guacamole, Batman. CLSHS can't be more than 3 miles from my house. We definitely gotta beat this boy like a rented mule. !!

The Cubs have faced him before. He faced off against Kerry Wood last season and had a quality start.

However, this will be his first ever start at Wrigley.

Plenty of sweet seats still available for the game. Just did a search, singles in Club OF, UD Box right behind home plate second row, TR IF right behind home.

Plus its a value day!

How many series did the Cubs sweep last year? For that matter, how many times were the Cubs swept last year? If this team can avoid sweeps, like the '03 team did, that's a great start.

I'm really looking foward to Angel pitching tommorow (well technically today). But aren't we all?

GOOD LUCK ANGEL GUZMAN!!

I seriously doubt that. Even tho he had signed with the Marlins at the time of the NLCS, I'm willing to say that he prolly pull for the Cubs (for the last time as a Cubs fan/non major league player) during the season, before he committed to the Marlins full time.

Once a Cubs fan, always a Cubs fan. (even Joe Girardi has make a similar statement).

Hopefully this guy doesn't go Victor Diaz on us...well, technically he can't cause Victor Diaz isn't a pitcher...but Diaz did hurt us and was a Cubs fan and that's what I'm referring to. I hope people understand what I'm saying or trying to say.

Bulls##$! As someone who was in attendance for the NLCS, I can safely say NO ONE was "indifferent." Man what a great memory Game 2 was, I still love thinking about it.

Here's to making some new great memories in the ninth row tomorrow. :)

Runs plz. I need a birthday victory.

Seconded. It's actually my partner's birthday, and she couldn't care less, but I'll take a sweep anyway, tyvm.
