Well, the Cubs are now below .500 and have once again put together a 3 game or longer losing streak.

We get to have our butts kicked on national TV tomorrow as FOX will televise Maddux giving up 6 runs in three innings or something like that.

Go Cobs!

Wow. The Cubs really suck. They play like a bunch of little leaguers most of the time. It's pretty pathetic.

I haven't decided whats sadder:

A) How I know they will lose before the game even starts

B) I will watch it anyway

HAHAHA. Wow. We suck so bad its funny. Luckily, i will be gone and not be forced to watch this pathetic excuse for a team.

No they only play like little leaguers occasionally. Unfortunately, that's enough.

Cubs are on TV and im really not looking forward to this game. Maddux has really pissed me off lately....well ok this whole year. Im going to try and remain calm. I did enjoy seeing williamson pitch last night, ive been a fan of his since the reds days and im happy hes on the Cubs, that was the only good thing about last night.

Please don't lose this series to the Mets, I don't think Ronnie will be able to handle it.

Ron is the least of my concerns this year...

3 game losing streak means only 5 to 7 more losses in a row before Dusty is toast.

I doubt that's the case:

Hendry said. "We're not playing as well as we all would've hoped but that's certainly not a reflection on his standing with me as a general manager as far as managing our club."

Well that's Dusty's death warrant. The old "Vote of Confidence" is always a bad sign for a manager.

On the one hand, Maddux has given up HR's like Paris Hilton giving away her pootie on her 13th birthday. On the other hand, it is Shea, a pitcher friendly park. What is the over under on maddog's HRs today? 3?

BTW, If Dusty starts Ewok in CF again I cannot be held responsible for the subsequent mayhem.

Blueheart05, do you think you could shrink your avatar some? It's stretching the board and making it hard to read topics. Thank you.

I'm predicting a Cub win based solely on the idiots at FOX who have decided that Central Pennsylvania would rather watch the Braves and Cardinals than the Mets and Cubs. I mean, it's not like St. Louis or Atlanta are 3 times fartheer away than New York, right?

How pathetic is our bottom half of the lineup? What a joke.

I really can't believe Dusty's continuously using Macias in CF. I understand for a game to give him some AB's but he's continuously trotting out this horrible lineup. Move Burnitz to CF and put some combination of Lawton/Murton/and even Hollandsworth in LF/RF.
