I wasn't comparing them to playing today, I know todays game is alot more sophisticated. 

Was just saying if they used these big shifts back then, there would of been alot more guys then there were with 200 hits seasons because of how they played then, using the opposite field and bunting for hits.

I’m very been watching the Yankees a lot lately with them playing the Sox and Cubs and they have a ton of pitching depth.  It’s pretty amazing.

I honestly dont see this series going well for the Cubs. Fried and Cole is tough back to back, even with Cole not being quite the same pitcher he was. This was the "winnable" game.

The Yankees aren't that good without Judge.  Every game is winnable.

Cubs now 30-23 (.566) at home and 32-25 (.561) on the road.  Don't worry im not going to make this a thing, I just can't help but feel like we seem to be playing better on the road the last couple months.

Also the Cubs have scored 0, 2, 0 runs in their last 3 games in innings that don't start with a Manfred Man.  Streaky offense, just a speed bump?  Hopefully

Feel the same way, he seems to be the kind of bat you need in a lineup.  Nothing fancy, just puts the ball in play and finds holes.

I like him in the 2nd spot behind PCA

If you want the best arbitrary start point, since May 18 they are 12-18 at home.
