If the Bears beat the 49ers, the 49ers need to win out and Bears lose out to make the playoffs over us.

If the Bears beat the Lions, the Lions would need to win out and the Bears lose out to pass the Bears.

I appreciate you for keeping up with these tie breaker scenarios. I'm just staying in the mindset of "if you win 1 out of the next 3, you're in the playoffs." I don't know if thats strictly true, but its what I'm going with.

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry for doing what was perceived as trolling in the thread. I realize it isn't my place as a Packers fan to make criticism of the Bears and to act like a real jerk during the game, being defensive and all about not being a troll, which only makes me look more like one and not less like one.

That being said, I hope that you will reconsider me as a person. I've learned from my mistakes, and I hope that we can move forward as a forum not to obsessively view the past in a Gatsby-esque way, but to look to the future.

And I shouldn't be making comments about a friend of many even if I think I have a moral right to. I apologize for having offended some people about it, and I acknowledge that it wasn't my place.

These past few months have been a turmoil for me personally in the health world, and of course, I'm a teenager, so I'm trying to find my way through life and what I mean, what I want to do, how will I contribute, etc., and I think that might remind a lot of you of you when you started posting here. I would like to ask all of you to at least give me a chance.

And Ben Johnson has schemed it amazingly well today. Garrett has gotten there a couple times, but otherwise they’ve been able to run, bootleg away from him, and function without too much problem.

From a game perspective, two meaningless sacks for Garrett and, as you said, he really wasn't much else of a factor.  Gives me confidence they'll handle Parsons as well next week.

Ugh was really hoping at least 1 of the Packers or Lions would lose with both on the road against the number 1 seed in each conference but so far it’s not going the Bears way plus the 49ers winning.

Think positively--the Bears won today, and they crushed the Browns!

Long way to go...take a breath. 😁

Really enjoyed the game today. Wanted to see them just come out and dominate from beginning to end and they did that. Really liked Caleb’s throws today, as well.

I was pleasantly surprised. And I'm glad my dad was happy.

Hopefully the game next week is as good as the last packers-bears game!

Yeah! Last week was riveting.

I don't know. All this makes me want to go to Chicago soon for some reason. Even though I'm a Wisconsinite, I feel somehow connected to Chicago, as if I was something beyond myself.

Oh well for my philosophical meanderings. Have an awesome day!

The Packers are doing that “December thing” again.  Seems like every year once X-MAS season arrives they simply do not lose.

Lions beating the Rams is actually more surprising to me.  I’m flipping between these games like a madman and it’s because the Bears have a real playoff stake in the outcome of both.

"About time" from DJ. I don't think he's been unaware of all the chattering about his production, Glad to see he's thankful to be on a winning team even if he isn't getting as many targets as he has historically. We need all hands on deck for this playoff push.

Packers, Lions and Seahawks all currently losing.  Parsons might have just torn an ACL (which sucks but relevant)

Yeah, I think Parsons did tear his ACL. Anyone have him on your fantasy team? (Not sure if you guys do fantasy at all...)

The Bears can clinch a playoff spot with a win next week and a Lions loss to Pittsburgh.

And also move their magic number for the NFC North to 1 with a win (1.5 up with 2 to play)
