Is it that much harder for a LH to hit off a lefty than a RH to hit a righty?

I just dont get the constant need to PH for Busch, especially leading off in the 6th or 7th inning just because a lefty is on the mound.

It not like Turner going to do any better 99% of the time he hits for him, and now a much better hitter and fielder is done for the game where he could of still come up later in a close game.
