Yeah it was a fair strike call.  It's just frustrating that it seems like he rarely gets a gift on a pitch that just barely nicks the zone, while also getting pitches several inches outside the zone also called.  I really dont know it keeps happening but at this point he needs to be more aggressive with 2 strikes, especially in a run producing spot in the order with a runner on 3rd and less than 2 outs.

I think chibears55 is right. Theyre gonna bench Seiya next series and see if they can get him back on track. It looks like hes just waiting for a pitch in 1 zone and doesn't even offer if the pitch doesn't enter it. The passivity is driving me absolutely crazy. He's just wasting a lot of ABs, his first AB notwithstanding.

Only makes sense, especially if theyre getting something out of Caissie, and it also makes no sense to have him up to just sit.

Start giving these OFers multiple days off just to get themselves refresh.
