Cubs offseason trade target Jesús Luzardo is dealing for the Phillies this year. I still feel pretty good about this matchup.

It turns out that the Cubs had a deal in place to aquire  Luzardo , but decided not to do it , after the medical review .

where'd you see that? The reports at the time made it sound the cubs balked at the price

I get the question of Why with where Tucker slotted in order, i just think it a matter of not messing with the rest of the order that has been working. Just slide Turner into Busch slot and hope he can be productive while the rest of order just keep doing what they have been.

Didn't say anything about how it would make someone feel,  it more of sticking with an order that been working. 

Guys at bottom of order have been doing a good job at getting on base for the hitters on top, so why mess with that by putting a guy who sucks and dont get on base in that spot
