3 years of FA, trades, and drafting and this is his resume.

I don't want him picking the next coach, even if Eberflus was an arranged marriage.

That’s why he has father figure Kevin Warren watching over him. The Bears don’t trust him obviously. But if you don’t trust your GM, just fire him. And they should at this point.

They’ve been firing in the wrong direction all along.  They should start with Poles.  Not with Waldron.

The second-year question on Williams is going to be how much he can reduce the sacks. It's not all line.

he needs to be completely deprogrammed from seemingly believing that it is never ok to put the ball in harms way

Maybe Warren is the head of the snake that needs to be cut off.  If Poles isn’t a trusted GM then the guy who hired him is also questionable.

Warren didn't hire Poles. That was Mcshitsky and company.

That was a terrible half from Williams. He goes into these stretches where he's terrified to throw the football.

Lots of other things went wrong and lots of other players were bad too, but he's still the QB and he's the most important part of the offense.

Yep, don’t we all remember George personally picking up Poles from the airport?

Warren’s resume: cost the Bears $150 million a year by delaying construction costs in Arlington Heights, made the creepy “Day in the life of Kevin Warren” video, let Eberflus have a Zoom presser while they made the decision to fire him. What’s one good thing Warren has done for the Bears? Maybe convincing George to fire Eberflus midseason if that really occurred.

Nice drive and all, but using up the entire 3rd quarter when you're 3 possessions down is probably not ideal.

When he’s not dropping passes he’s committing bad penalties and missing blocks

I have no idea why this has been such an issue with the Bears this year.

I think the Bears have the 6th fewest drops coming into today’s game. But I agree, seems like they are dropping a lot more than the stats say.
