Is this part of Counsel's great bullpen managing to let a guy struggling with control issues to walk 4 guys in an inning, throwing 35 pitches and then bringing in another guy who has struggled with walking guys this year?

Edit: yes I know TT Neris has stabilized or whatever.  Maybe its my fault, Ive barely watched for weeks including most of today, turn it on with a 4 run lead, 2 outs and 1 on, and am rewarded with 3 straight walks.

Yeah on a couple pitches he had no business swinging at. Much better approach today (and recently).
