It was weird with Contreras’ reaction too. Like he wasn’t sure if it was going to be fair or foul and then tauchman just stood in his spot for 5 seconds

The Baseruns Runs Scored and Runs allowed are sequencing neutral. FG lists per game numbers but multiply that by games played and you get a raw number.  Looks like the Cubs have been unlucky on the pitching side but by just a run, so nothing notable.

Taillon has a 2.95 ERA in his last 19 starts, since he turned things around in that start at Yankee stadium.  Averaging 6 IP/GS too.
