In Fields' case, I think this is who he was always destined to be. 

In the history of the Bears, I think we've repeatedly undervalued the position 80% of our recent history and let Ryan Pace trade up to pick guys the other 20%.

Poles can’t fire Eberflus this early bc Poles knows that would make him look terrible. Only way Eberflus is gone is if Kevin Warren fires Poles and Eberflus and that’s not happening this soon.
