Here's the beauty of this game: there's no way to spin this. There's no "one bad bounce" or "moral victory" or "showing progress". There is nowhere for this coaching staff to hide with this.

I hope the Chiefs drop another 40 on them in the 2nd half

If starting over means the Bears are sold then yes, if means the McCaskey' are back to finding a GM. etc., what's the point?

I was thinking this about 20 minutes ago. I'd like to see Moore traded at the deadline. The Bears aren't going to be competitive next year either, so move him for a future chip.

At this point I think Fields is tanking so the Bears trade him to a real team. He can’t be this bad.

Fields has taken a ton of shots downfield today..  They're not there.

Your QB needs to be able to drop back and read the defense, taking what's open.  You can't just overcome an inability to do that by pre-programming different default modes. "When in doubt, run" or "when in doubt, check down" or "when in doubt, go deep."  The problem is the doubt.

I don't think I've ever followed a team where there was literally zero bright spots. The defense is awful, the offense is awful, the coaching is awful, the GM appears to be awful. At least when the Cubs are terrible I can cheer for the young guys.

I just cant believe how little talent there appears to be on this team. There isn’t a single position group that doesn’t look bottom of the league
