I think Texas Tech ends Coach K

Purdue destroys St Peters

Iowa St beats Miami

Not sure what to think of the Houston-Arizona game, but probably the best game Thurs-Fri

I believe Arizona' going to destroy Houston, not just because they beat the Illini, the Cougars had quite a few advantages over the Illini they won't have against the Wildcats. You can bet the game is going to be called more straight up, they're not going to be allowed the excess physicality that generated TOs against the Illini. They're not facing a banged up, eyes nearly swollen shut, mistaken prone, not playing very well team and, simply, Arizona has better players. Had the Illini somehow gotten past Houston I didn't think they'd beat Arizona either but, I sure would have liked to see that game. I'm convinced had Houston been playing that Illini team that faced Arizona in December, the Illini would have won.

We'll see. Don't forget this Houston team went to the Final Four last year, albeit with a very favorable bracket. Their top 5 players this year are all upper classmen, though they did lose 2 guys from last year's team to the NBA. Like it or not Kenpom is a pretty good measuring tool and Kenpom has them as the 2nd best team in the country, ahead of Arizona (by a decent amount too). I haven't watched enough of either team to know how the matchups look in a game like this but on paper Houston has a solid chance of winning IMO.

These are the kind of games Arkansas has won all season. They have to get Notae or someone hot and their defense can win.

Give me Eric Musselman over any coach in the country. #1 recruiting class coming in next year too.

There are only 3 of the top 8 seeds remaining. Only three combined 1's and 2's in the EE has happened before, though it's fairly rare. But if Kansas loses to Providence, it will be the first time there have only been 2 of the top-8 seeds in the EE since 2000.

Did not expect Arizona to be struggling this hard

Their guard play sucked and their big guys couldn’t get a rebound even though they consistently had the 2 tallest guys on the court.

You were spot on, I've should looked at the statistics, I'm guessing they're ahead of Villanova by a decent amount as well. Coupled that with Gillespie appearing to tweak his previously injured left knee giving Houston a pretty good chance at a repeat FF. Just kind of sucks that lying, cheaters such as Sampson and Self are still alive, at least, Pearl is done.

UNC-Duke in the championship game is going to happen just prepare for it now.

They would play in the Final Four, not the championship

That said, they've never played each other in the NCAA tournament

The worst power conference ever is 10 minutes from having 3 Elite 8 teams. This tournament is weird sometimes
