The Cubs got a big win last night against Patrick Corbin to stay 2.5 up in the division. The magic number to clinch the division is down to 10.

 

 

The Professor led the way last night, only allowing a solo home run in the 9th before departing one out shy of a complete game.

 

 

More importantly, the bats finally came back to life.

 

 

Kris Bryant and Javy Baez both donged as the Cubs scored more than 4 runs for the first time in over a week. Perhaps Chili's signs got lost in translation coming in from the dugout.

 

 

Javy hit a laser and admired the hell out of it.

 

 

Nothing new for Javy. El Mago's left the opposition wondering all year...

 

 

For the rest of us, it was a welcome sight to see KB finally show off his dong.

 

 

Now one can't help but envision a fully-healthy Cubs lineup as the playoffs roll around.

 

 

The Cubs are going to win this one easy. Double digit runs. Multiple dongs. The SuperCubs are about to be back.

I wish Murphy wasn't on it at all. Zo at 2nd, Schwarbs at LF. THAT lineup would score 94,000 runs, THIS lineup is at about 83,456 runs
