Quick poll

Kyle Hendricks gives up a few hard hit balls in the next inning and the couple runs allowed are enough for the Giants to beat the Cubs.

Somehow Kyle gives up no hard-hit balls, the Giants don't score, and the Cubs win 3-1, increasing their RD to +64.

So all this somehow happens?

According to Pat Hughes, Holland is pitching masterfully. That must be why the Cubs have only scored one run today.

Yeah, I better change that. We need a win.

It's funny because JD was basically just saying the opposite, that Holland didn't seem to have great stuff but the Cubs just aren't hitting him.

Somehow I suddenly feel a bit more confident.

The more I read rmack/jamfan’s tweets the more I’m convinced he is the Cubs version of that fan in Major League. So full of anger and spite
