Didn't Russell make some big advancements last year in hitting the high fastball?

advancements implies that he was bad at it before(I don't think that's the case), but yes, Russell was very good on high fastballs last year, especially in the second half

 

Yeah that's what I'm talking about. He was pretty bad in the first half and then after some tweaks he really turned a corner and was way better in the 2nd handling those pitches. Whatever developments that occurred look to have not stuck. Pitchers are relentlessly attacking him there.

Yeah, wouldn't mind to see Montero get a few extra starts for a bit.

 

After seeing how David Ross Freaky Friday'd him last year, Miggy did the same to Willy, who was none the wiser.

Man, we need an off day so badly for the pen.

 

Yesterday was pretty much an offday for everyone but Monty. I don't count Pena because they'll send him down whenever they need to.
