Quintana not helping his trade value early on. Gave up a 5 spot in the 2nd to the Tigers, overall 6 ER in 3.2 IP so far.

And while we're on the topic of the White Sox...their commentary on the Cubs losing opening night:

LOL!

And with that loss they can't surpass the 2005 Sox 1-162 first place.

Who cares enough to track this stuff? Weren't the Cubs in first place wire to wire last year?

No, they weren't, and it was what they hung their hat on all of last year.

they dropped to 2nd place on day 4

[expletive] why did those [expletive] pitch to Goldschmidt?

The Sox fans are right though, on my death bed if this never happens I am sure I will be making my last words "my only regret is that I didn't see a wire to wire World Champion Cubs team in my lifetime. Why oh why did the Pirates have to start out 4-0 that year? *croak*"

And in 2005, they went 11-1 while the Cubs in 2016 went a measly 11-6 in their title run

It would appear our supposedly toughest NL competition is batting Franklin guiterrez cleanup

Clayton Richard has gone 7 shutout innings against them so far. It's almost as if they still suck against lefties.

watching the d-backs and giants and boy do i not miss bob brenly. JD is such a prince.

I always thought Len & Bob were a good duo until JD showed up. now we're spoiled

I always considered Bob to be a professional who was fine, but he went down in my eyes the more he praised the old school style of play.

Being next to Len probably drew him closer to the middle, because he is pretty awful on the Arizona games.
