Did we just move to within a game, and to a game up in the loss column? That was easy. I really expected to take 1st from them in person at the end of the month, but i guess thatll be the series where we bury them instead. Fun times!

it'll be just like the four game sweep in milwaukee at the end of july in 2008 that gave us a 5 game lead. except just 3 games this time around.

lol. Rosenthal forgot to cover first base on what would have been the third out in the 9th. Walk-off loss instead.

That's the 11th or 12th loss this year when leading after 8.

It was tied after 8. Unless you meant heading into the 8th.

I did. I think the graphic said leading in the 8th.

Company paid afternoon game at PNC today. Club seats with all you can eat/drink (humble brag). But the Brewers look to be hitting the proverbial wall. I'm sure they'll get a 2nd wind and likely make a move to help that happen, but they definitely look like a team that is feeling the heat. Speaking of, I didn't feel any heat indoors in the air conditioned PBC Club.

Just looking at some of the daily projections today and 538's assessment of the Brewers is completely off from other places. They're the only outlet that has them as favorites today.

That's 6 losses in a row for the Brewers.

Gregory Polanco left the Pirates game with an apparent leg injury.

Holy crap, the Brew Crew are [expletive] the bed.

After going 30-4, the Dodgers are about to lose their second in a row to the Braves at home. A Braves team that was coming off being swept by the Cubs in Georgia.

And they apparently booed Brandon McCarthy yesterday. Hey idiots, when you're on pace for 110 wins, you don't get to boo anyone on your team for what they've done on the field.

Brewerfan.net seems to be pretty excited that their 31 year old, .240/.310/.330 career hitting, journeyman 2B is back hitting leadoff tonight. Okay then.
