5. Montero Slam vs Dodgers

4. Baez HR off Cueto

3. The Rally vs. the Giants

2. Zobrist double

1. Final Out of WS

The return of Schwarber and numerous other WS moments are also high on the list. Kicking Kershaw around also just missed, for me.

Zobrist got four straight pitches on the outside corner and the indians left their 3B 20 feet off the line the whole at bat

They had the defense over-shifted. Lindor was behind second base. Nothing about that AB made sense except they were trying to just strike Zobrist out, but then why shift?

bukie, I and others have said this already but one final thank you for putting this list today. Looking forward to reading these and rewatching the clips made the last couple months of the offseason go by quicker.

I can't find the tweet now, but someone made a chart of all the XBH Zobrist hit on the ground last year, and that was the only one to the opposite field.

Well now I'm annoyed that tonight is just a boring ass regular season game though it's nice to not have off the wall anxiety at the moment.

Thanks for this, bukie. Obviously this was amazing. But it really helped make the whole off-season and Spring Training seem a lot shorter. These moments will be fun to pore over for I don't know how long. Thanks, again. It was a great idea. And you did an awesome job with it.

To me Chapman's performance in Game 5 is a top 5 moment, but that's just nitpicking... awesome job on the list.

As many others have said, thank you, bukie, for doing this. What a great way to pass the off season. Terrific idea exquisitely executed.

Thanks Bukie. This was awesome. I appreciated the time spent putting together so many highlights from the regular season as well. After the post-season experience of a lifetime, it's good to remember all the moments of one of the most dominant regular seasons of the last few generations. My top 5:

Horsefeathers it, I can't do it. Wrote and re-wrote the list several times. The two that I really want to fit in with all the other obvious WS moments are Monteroslam and Schwarber playing at all.

It's too bad Chapman is a piece of horsefeathers human because that Game 5 performance was legitimately the most clutch pitching performance in Cubs history and it's really not close. Lester coming in in Game 7 is in the ballpark, but it did start with a 2-run wild pitch.

I had some VERY SERIOUS DOUBTS that this would actually be completed by opening day. Well done!

VERY SERIOUS DOUBTS you say...

It weighed on me, man.

Really nice list, bukie. I'm shocked Montero pitching in that blowout loss to the Mets didn't make your top ten.

Or really the whole two weeks leading up to the All-Star break. It was definitely my favorite part of the season.

Bumping because this week may be pretty tough for us. Remember all the awesome moments in 2016 when times were (a lot) better! I'm only at #80 but there are several I had mostly forgotten about.

Oh, right. Baseball used to be good.

It's still good, albeit not as fun. I love the game. The Ricketts are killing my enjoyment of the Cubs.
