Ok, there are times when arm strength is important in all sorts of situation in life. I just laid a side-walk and where my friend kept taking breaks I kept going.

 

You definetly find the advantage of doing that many when it comes to the bedroom and a long night with the spouse and the arms don't shake after 20 minutes holding yourself and her body-weight up.
