Going to erase the Angels and Padres, because if he wants to go to a middling team he can just go to Seattle where he can A.) DH and B.) Isn't a wasteland like the Angels.

 

Erase the Rangers because out of the two non-West Coast teams, I'm going to assume the Cubs pedigree outweighs the Rangers playing in the AL.
